Welcome to Product Haus. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the guidelines and restrictions concerning the use of our Services, including our website, mobile applications, Amazon AI chatbot, and any other service provided by Product Haus ("Service"). This AUP is in conjunction with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP as well as our other terms and policies.

1. Respectful Interaction

We are committed to maintaining a supportive and respectful community. Abusive, violent, or harassing behavior towards Product Haus or any user of our Service will not be tolerated. For assistance or to raise concerns, please reach out to us at admin@producthaus.com.

2. Lawful and Considerate Use

All activities conducted through our Service must be legal, ethical, and respectful of others. Product Haus will not be used to engage in or promote illegal activities, nor will it be a platform for harassment or harmful behavior towards others.

3. Prohibition of Threats and Extortion

Threats, extortion, and any form of coercive behavior are strictly prohibited. Our platform is designed to be a safe and positive environment for all users.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued based on the refund policies outlined on service sign up pages, project proposals, or as stated in writing from an authorized Product Haus team member. 

5. No Free Work

Our Service, akin to a personal assistant, requires compensation for time spent managing and executing requests. Requests for revisions or additional work will be subject to charges as outlined in our Service agreements. Product Haus reserves the write to make exceptions to this policy when stated in writing from an authorized Product Haus team member.

6. Billing Discrepancies

Billing errors must be reported within 72 hours of the invoice date. We are committed to correcting any proven mistakes promptly. After 72 hours, bills are considered final and non-disputable.

7. Service Requests: Right to Refuse, Cancel, or Fail

While our goal is to accommodate your needs within legal and practical boundaries, Product Haus reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or fail to complete any request at our discretion. This right ensures we can maintain the integrity and legality of our Service.

Modifications to This AUP

Product Haus may update this AUP to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or for any other reason deemed necessary. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed of your responsibilities.

Enforcement and Termination

Violations of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination of your access to our Services, at our discretion. We reserve the right to enforce this policy in a manner consistent with its terms and the overall safety and integrity of our Service.
