  2. Onboarding: Shortly after checking out you will receive an email prompting you to book an onboarding call with our team. On this call we will ask you for any information pertaining to the Account Health Issue, request access to your Seller Central account, and answer any questions you may have.
  3. Service Delivery: Following successful onboarding, our team will audit your Amazon seller account and develop a customized appeal plan, draft comprehensive appeal letters, and engage with Amazon on your behalf. We aim to submit the first appeal/dispute within 48-72 hours following a completed onboarding. 
  4. Consistent Updates, Reporting: Receive regular updates on the status of your appeal and any communication from Amazon. You can expect weekly updates on the appeal/dispute progress and request calls with our team as needed. We will schedule standing calls with you at 2 week intervals by default.
  5. Refund Policy: We understand that Account Health issues can be challenging and costly for your business. Inline with our values we have a transparent refund policy. If your ASIN/Account is not reinstated after our appeals process or we determine that we have exhausted all available options, we offer the following refund options - 60% refund for projects if all options are exhausted within first 30 days; 50% refund for projects if all options are exhausted or we reach the end of 60 days.

Our fee structure is designed to be straightforward, with no hidden costs, ensuring you understand the investment needed to protect and restore your Amazon account health. The listed pricing is for 1 ASIN/Listing or 1 Selling Account reinstatement/appeal.
