Amazon FBA Reimbursements is a specialized service designed to ensure Amazon sellers are fully compensated for lost, damaged, or inaccurately processed inventory under the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program.

Leveraging our extensive knowledge and experience with Amazon's policies and reimbursement processes, we meticulously audit your account to identify potential reimbursement claims.

Our team of experts navigates the complexities of Amazon's reimbursement system, submitting claims on your behalf and following up until resolution. With a focus on maximizing your recoveries and protecting your bottom line, our service is tailored to provide peace of mind and financial security for Amazon sellers.

Benefits to the Amazon Seller:

  • Maximized Reimbursements: Ensure you receive every dollar you're owed for mishandled inventory, boosting your profitability.
  • Time Savings: Free up valuable time by letting our experts handle the tedious process of filing and managing reimbursement claims.
  • Expertise: Benefit from our deep understanding of Amazon's policies and our ability to navigate its complex reimbursement process efficiently.
  • Lookback Window: Our experts will audit your selling account for the maximum lookback period (6-18 months depending on classification) and request reimbursements on all eligible opportunities to ensure you are getting the highest possible reimbursement.
  • Peace of Mind: Enjoy the confidence of knowing that professionals are periodically monitoring your account and advocating for your reimbursement rights.

How it Works:

  1. Checkout: Add the Amazon FBA Reimbursements Service to your cart and complete the secure checkout process to kickstart your project.
  2. Onboarding: Shortly after checking out you will receive an email prompting you to book an onboarding call with our team. On this call we will request access to your Seller Central account and answer any questions you may have.
  3. Service Delivery: Following successful onboarding, our team will conduct an initial audit your Amazon seller account and begin identifying eligible reimbursement opportunities. We will begin filing reimbursement requests within the first week following a completed onboarding. From there we conduct ongoing weekly account audits to continue identifying potential claims and subsequently open and manage reimbursement requests to Seller Support on your behalf. In the event that we require documents to supplement a reimbursement request, we will notify you via email.
  4. Consistent Updates, Reporting: Our team handles all the heavy lifting in the background so you don't have to. We preform an audit of your account 1-2 times per week, submit new reimbursement requests, and continue following up on existing ones. Successfully processed reimbursements are traced by case and reimbursement ID's. During the first month of service, we generate a reporting dashboard which will be sent to you so that you can view reimbursement activity. This report is then updated weekly with new activity.
  5. Invoicing Process: At the end of each billing cycle we will issue you an invoice where you will be able to remit payment for the successfully captured Amazon reimbursements.

    Pricing:

Our pricing is structured as a performance-based fee. We charge a percentage of the reimbursements we successfully recover for you. This ensures our interests are aligned with yours - we only get paid when you get reimbursed. There are no upfront fees or hidden costs, making it a risk-free option for Amazon sellers to ensure they are fully compensated for any FBA mishandling.

There is no fee today! Please complete checkout so that we are alerted you are ready to get started. You will be issued an invoice after the first billing period with successfully recovered reimbursements.

    Pricing Structure:

Service fees are transparent and dictated by your trailing 12 months of revenue on Amazon. Below are the breakdowns:

    • < $500,000 in trailing 12 months = 22% of Successful Reimbursement Claims
    • $500,000 - $1,500,000 in trailing 12 months = 18% of Successful Reimbursement Claims
    • >$1,500,000 in trailing 12 months = 15% of Successful Reimbursement Claims

We offer a free initial consultation to assess your situation and provide initial insight and feedback about your specific issue. You can book a call with our team here prior to checkout.
